Costa Rica Internships

The Costa Rica Internship Program provides students with an all-inclusive opportunity to intern in Costa Rica, having the opportunity to explore an amazing culture, as well as a scenic landscape. Upon enrolling, participants will work with a UOD Placement Agent on resume revision, interview preparation and ultimately, a guaranteed internship placement in their industry of choice.

Included in the 8-week program are accommodations near downtown Costa Rica, 6-planned group weekend activities to introduce participants to the city, a weekly speaker series, a meal plan, an unlimited subway pass, and the opportunity to enjoy a summer completing a Costa Rica internship with hundreds of motivated college students from universities around the world!

Costa Rica offers internship in a number of prime industries, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, financial outsourcing, software development and ecotourism. The official language of Costa Rica is Spanish, so general fluency is important to compete for these coveted internships. It is a great culture for participants to immerse themselves in and really excel. Costa Rica has an amazing landscape outside of its downtown area. Costa Rica contains a great percentage of the world's biodiversity, as it has protected its forests.
